01. What should I do to be prepared prior to your arrival?"
To be most efficient on time management we ask if all small furnishings and breakables be removed from rooms. It would also be helpful if carpets were vacuumed prior to our arrival. Any large furniture our crew will handle.
02. What should I expect at the time of appointment?"
If we are going to be later then our schedule appointment time we will always give you a courtesy call to notify. Once we arrive cleaning tech will introduce themselves and ask you to show us the areas that need to be done and problem spots. After job has been qualified a cleaning tech will proceed to treat carpet and prep for cleaning. Most furniture will be moved and protective Styrofoam or plastic will be placed under contents to protect them.
03. Does your cleaning leave residues?
Not with the C & R Carpet Restoration system. Our non-toxic formula contains no volatile organic compounds and is odor free and is formulated to be free-rising from the carpet. C&R will leave no sticky soap or detergent residues they can contribute to rapid re-soiling of the carpet and spotting wick-back. C&R also uses the activating power of carbonation to assist in soil suspension and removal without the use of harsh solvents, bacterial enzymes, and potentially harmful bleaches...Guaranteed.
04. Is it safe for my children and pets?
We specialize in using all "green" natural products with no soaps, perfumes, and no VOC's
Note: Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are emitted as gases from certain solids or liquids. VOCs include a variety of chemicals, some of which may have short- and long-term adverse health effects. You can read more about that here.
05. How long for carpet to dry?
Generally dry time averages 6 to 8 hours depending on density of carpet and soil. Pet treatments in affected areas take 12 to 24 hours which is beneficial.

Upon calling C&R will choose a time and date that works best for your schedule. Then discuss areas that need cleaning or any special treatment. Basic pricing packages will be determined.
